All sales are final. By completing any purchase on decipherthealgo.com, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy in full.
01No Refund Policy
DTA, LLC maintains a strict no-refund policy on all products and services. Once a payment has been processed, it is non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
- Change of mind or circumstances after purchase
- Failure to use or access purchased services
- Dissatisfaction with outcomes or trading results
- Partial use of a subscription period
- Technical difficulties on the client's end
- Scheduling conflicts preventing session attendance
This policy exists because DTA mentorship involves significant preparation, time, and proprietary intellectual property that is delivered upon purchase. The value of access to DTA frameworks, systems, and knowledge cannot be returned once it has been shared.
02One-Time Payments
Single-payment mentorship engagements are non-refundable from the moment payment is confirmed. This applies regardless of whether sessions have commenced.
We strongly encourage prospective clients to review all available information about DTA and to contact us at christian@decipherthealgo.com with any questions before purchasing.
03Recurring Subscriptions
Monthly and recurring subscription charges are non-refundable once processed. You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future billing cycles from being charged. Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for any billing period already paid.
Upon cancellation, your access to subscription services will continue until the end of the current paid billing period. No further charges will be made after cancellation is confirmed.

04Payment Disputes
DTA, LLC maintains complete records of service delivery, including session logs, content access records, and all client communications. In the event of any payment dispute submitted to a card network or financial institution, DTA will provide this documentation to Stripe and the relevant card network as part of the standard dispute resolution process.
If you have a billing concern — including a charge you do not recognize or believe to be in error — please contact us directly at christian@decipherthealgo.com before initiating a dispute with your financial institution. We are committed to resolving genuine billing errors promptly and will respond within 2 business days.
This policy does not limit any rights you have under applicable card network rules or consumer protection law.
05Service Failures by DTA
In the unlikely event that DTA, LLC is wholly unable to deliver a purchased service due to circumstances entirely within DTA's control, we will work in good faith with the client to reschedule or provide equivalent service. This does not constitute a waiver of our no-refund policy and will be assessed on a case-by-case basis at DTA's sole discretion.
